You can choose to provide us with information relating to third parties, but only to the extent that such sharing does not violate this Policy or our Terms of Use (collectively, “Third-Party Data”). We may use the personal information you submit in order to:
Communicate With You About Your Use of the Services. We may use theinformation we collect to contact you for administrative purposes (e.g. to provideservices and information that you request or to respond to comments andquestions).

Subject to your preferencesregarding marketing communications, we may also use the information we collectto send you communications such as updates on events, communicationsrelating to products and services offered by us and by third parties, andcommunications about aspects of the Service we believe will be of interest toyou. Provide the Services and Accomplish Our Business Purposes. We use theinformation we collect to operate, maintain, and provide our Services, such asenabling access to the Services, customer support, or to complete transactions,and to establish or maintain customer and business relationships, improve theServices, provide access to Internet-based and e-commerce activities, performaccounting functions, and conduct other activities as necessary or appropriate inconnection with the Services
Ensure Security and Combat Fraud. We use the information we collect tosecure our Services and to verify identity, prevent fraud, and to continuallyimprove these aspects of our Services.
Perform Analytics, Research and Product Development. Your Consent. In certain situations, we may share your information in the eventthat you consent to or authorize the sharing of your information, such as if youagree to the privacy policies and terms of use of third parties that are integratedwith our Services.
Aggregated Data. We may share Aggregated Data with our affiliates, agents,business partners, research facilities, or other third parties, including youremployer.
Cookies and Other Electronic Technologies. Information is shared as stated inthe Section of this Policy entitled “Cookies and Third Party Integrations.”

We implement and maintain commerciallyreasonable administrative, technical, and physical data security practices that areintended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of your personalinformation, including Health Data, and that are appropriate to the volume and nature ofthe personal information that we process. In addition, we use secure technology, privacy protectioncontrols, and restrictions on employee access to safeguard your personal information instorage.
